SUMMARY:DEADLINE for Online Donations for Shoeboxes to Samaritan's Purse
DESCRIPTION:Every year we solicit donations for the purchase of Shoeboxes t
 hat are forwarded to Samaritan's Purse for the further distribution of the
 se Shoeboxes to disadvantaged children throughout the world.   Online do
 nations used to purchase Shoeboxes by Samaritan's Purse affiliates when th
 e need for specific gender / age needs have not been met by the donation o
 f physical Shoeboxes.  The cost is $25 per Shoebox with an optional $6 to
  cover admin costs.  Donors are asked to go online to Samaritan's Purse a
 nd do a quick search for Malesus UMC so that we get "credit" for the donat
 ion.  The goal for 2023 is 20 online Shoeboxes.
