On the 5th Thursday of each month – or 4 times a year – the Missions Team provides a dinner meal to those disadvantaged persons in our community at the RIFA facility in Jackson.  RIFA (the Regional Inter-Faith Association) is the primary facility in Jackson that provides a dinner meal 365 days a year.  From funds raised by the Missions Team (and thus independent of the church budget), our volunteers purchase the food for this meal, prepares the meal in the Soup Kitchen at RIFA, and cleans up afterwards.
