The Staff Parish Relations Committee is established in the Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church.  Usually meeting monthly, it considers all issues that may arise between the paid employees of our church and our church family matters.   THESE MEETINGS ARE CONFIDENTIAL AS OUR ITS AGENDAS AND MINUTES.   These meetings are NOT open to anyone other than the duly selected members of the SPRC and others who may be invited from time to time to appear before the SPRC.
